Annual Meeting of the Council 20th May 2025 8pm
The Annual Meeting of the Council will be held on Tuesday 20th May starting at 8pm. The Election of the Chairman and Vice Chair will be voted on for the coming year, as well as Committee members for both the Planning & Finance Committee.

Planning Enforcement
The Parish have seen numerous sites being developed without the relevant planning permission over the past few months or even years and recognise that this is most disturbing for the immediate neighbours and of course the local wildlife! Of course, we are not alone and many local villages in Mole Valley are dealing with the same planning issues. In the first instance please do report it via the Mole Valley Website portal providing as much detail as possible with supporting photos/evidence. This will keep all planning breaches centralised and you will receive a confirmation email with appropriate reference number whilst it is being investigated further. Use this website address: https://www.molevalley.gov.uk/planning-building/planning-enforcement/

Village Litter Pick
Phill Crutcher organised this event and it was very well attended, so thank you for giving up your time and helping us make keep your village litter free! Residents managed to cover a larger area this time to include the roads coming into the village main street and collected more rubbish than ever before.

UK transition from Analogue to Digital Landlines
Landlines in the UK are going digital. The existing analogue technology (the PSTN – Public Switched Telephone Network) which has supported phone and broadband services for decades is being retired and switched off. The good news is the landline is here to stay. By the end of January 2027, the vast majority of customers will be provided with a broadband line, making calls the same as they do today, but using ‘Voice over IP’ technology that uses an internet connection. More information can be found on https://www.gov.uk/guidance/uk-transition-from-analogue-to-digital-landlines
